Overview
Mitie is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our maintenance team. You’ll carry out electrical repairs, installations, and planned maintenance across a diverse client base, ensuring safety and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, safety checks, and PAT testing
- Complete planned and reactive tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain accurate records and inspection logs
- Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with clients
- Support team members and assist with minor new works when required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience in facilities management or service sector
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eligible for MOD and DBS clearance (must have lived in the UK for 3+ years)
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
- Experience in MOD environments
