We are looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team. You’ll be a passionate individual, with Customer Service experience to manage phone call and email requests, support employees and log information onto a database.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high levels of service and remain professional.
- Ensure Mitie policies, processes and procedures are followed.
- Manage the flow of requests received to ensure continuous and efficient service.
- Answer all calls and e-mails to the helpdesk efficiently, meeting the needs of customers.
- Use available information and equipment to manage tasks.
- Ensure timely input and output of all associated help desk data.
- Live monitoring of performance against SLA's.
- Work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines while managing workloads.
Qualifications
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Maintain confidentiality across the site while respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
