We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our People Support Team to deliver an effective HR service to the business by providing commercial HR solutions, proactively partnering with managers at all levels in providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions and to work closely with the HR Business Partner and other supporting services across the wider business.
You should be capable of assisting and providing guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal stage. You should be resilient, with the ability to influence key decision makers and challenge when necessary, alongside being able to drive the HR agenda with managers.
You will be computer literate and have experience working with Microsoft suite, SAP and SharePoint. You will have excellent presentation skills both internally and client facing. The ideal candidate would be CIPD qualified or currently working towards this qualification.
