Better places, thriving communities. This is an exciting time to join Mitie's Healthcare, Local Government and Education sales team. As part of the Mitie Group sales function, you will play a key role in supporting growth for our £800m Division.
We are looking for a dynamic, tenacious and results driven Solutions/Sales Director, with a growth mindset. You will deliver results taking bid opportunities through the whole sales cycle, from capture, to prospect through to bidding and then handing over winning bids to your operational colleagues.
Client retention will form part of the role, as will developing organic growth opportunities with existing customers. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, or who has strong operational capability within the public sector.
The person will be able to proactively identify, approach, solution and win net new business as well as working alongside the operational teams to support in retention activities.
