We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Plumbing Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspections and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs.
Role Responsibilities
- Undertake inspections, maintenance and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
- Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and remedial works to the highest standard.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client queries, reporting defects and keeping customers informed of site activities.
- Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial work records.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work systems and safe systems of working at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Maintenance, Facilities Management or similar environment.
- City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 2, equivalent qualification or technical diploma in Plumbing.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Physically capable of carrying out the full duties detailed within the role.
