Job Overview
Full Time (50 hours, this is 45 hours in office, lunch paid and 5 hours for on call duties)

Shift Pattern 5 days and 2 off
Main Duties:
- Proactive and reactive scheduling, supporting the Cruise Manager with the daily recs, and day before preparation for the following days scheduled cruises.
- Manage the delivery of jobs allocated to the Core/Cruise operation.
- The Scheduler will be using Excel processes, ensuring that the correct resource is deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers.
- This will range from using internal officers to subcontractors as appropriate, with the aim of ensuring that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.
- Once attendance has been met, the Scheduler will also manage the completion of required jobs.
- Supporting the Cruise/Core manager as well as ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Ensuring correct staffing levels for day-to-day activity across ships is accurate as per client request in line with accurate requirements from the customer per ship.
- To ensure that the staff are informed as far in advance as possible of allocations and times on roster.
- Double check schedules prior to confirming with staff to ensure that no duplications of duties have been made.
- Adjust schedule and cover any shortfalls resulting from sickness or absence reported.
- Provide management support outside of core hours as in business-critical situations.
- Attend to out of hour calls on a rota basis, to address cancellations and scheduling needs.
