Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning; ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
- Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
