We are looking for an organised, efficient, and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team for Mitie Business Services. You will be working within a supportive team to maintain and monitor CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily operational requirements – ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to outline identified risks.
- Escalating incidents and reporting Health and Safety concerns.
- Responding to emergency situations and producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to.
Candidate Profile
- Awareness of the law across the Private Security Industry, Health and Safety for the Private Security Operative, Fire Safety, Technology and Systems in the Security environment, and Emergency Procedures.
- Prior control room or security experience.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a desire to excel.
