We are looking for a lean management professional who has a tangible track record of Cleaning and lean across production projects.

Main Duties

  • Apply a structured methodology of Lean and Sigma to deliver improvement opportunities.
  • Support communication efforts.
  • Assess the change impact.
  • Support training efforts.
  • Based across locations for key clients within our Food Hygiene business, you will be required to deliver CI projects.

What we are looking for

  • Experience required/desired:
  • Lean Management Sigma - Green Belt
  • Working within a manufacturing/food production environment
  • Significant experience of managing and implementing operational and process changes in a service business
  • Management level of Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to create Value Stream Mapping is key to this role.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in compliance and H&S Management.
  • Self‑motivated team player able to work on own initiative whilst interfacing with senior management, operational teams and client contact points.
  • Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Visio, Word & Power Point).
