We are looking for a lean management professional who has a tangible track record of Cleaning and lean across production projects.
Main Duties
- Apply a structured methodology of Lean and Sigma to deliver improvement opportunities.
- Support communication efforts.
- Assess the change impact.
- Support training efforts.
- Based across locations for key clients within our Food Hygiene business, you will be required to deliver CI projects.
What we are looking for
- Experience required/desired:
- Lean Management Sigma - Green Belt
- Working within a manufacturing/food production environment
- Significant experience of managing and implementing operational and process changes in a service business
- Management level of Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Ability to create Value Stream Mapping is key to this role.
- Project management experience
- Experience in compliance and H&S Management.
- Self‑motivated team player able to work on own initiative whilst interfacing with senior management, operational teams and client contact points.
- Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Visio, Word & Power Point).
