In your new role as a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.

You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of the role.

The position is based nominally in Milford Haven, but you will be required to work across south west Wales up to Aberystwyth. The role involves providing cover for absences and supporting on-site cleaning teams. The base hours are 2.5 hours per day, totaling 12.5 hours per week, with overtime payable for hours worked over this baseline.

You must have your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Expenses will be paid in line with HMRC rates, and you will need business insurance on your vehicle.
