The role involves delivering routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer within a healthcare setting. The post holder will ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules.

- Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
- Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
- Contribute to maintaining the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Qualifications
- Cleaning experience is preferred; training can be provided.
