We are looking for five experienced Cleaners in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further. You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
You will be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. You be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. You must have ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and must strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
The ideal candidate would have a cleaning experience however training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
5 vacancies required are:
- 1 Monday to Friday 5pm to 12am
- 1 Rapid response, Thursday to Monday 2pm to 10pm
- 2 Rapid response, Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
- 1 Monday to Friday 3pm to 12am
