Job Title: Cleaner. Hourly rate of pay: £12.21. Contract Type: Permanent. Type of Employment: Full Time. Total weekly contractual Hours: 48. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off including bank holidays. Location: Wychavon Council, Oat Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, England, WR11 4PJ. Requirement: Full UK Driving License. Provision: Company Van.
We are looking for an experienced cleaner to work on a range of sites between Evesham, Broadway, Pershore and Droitwich (Wychavon Council).
Responsibilities
- In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
- You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
- Open, honest, self-driven and determined.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
