Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure high standards of contract service delivery, meeting all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
- Undertake all required training for the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and independently.
- Follow all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas according to SLAs and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and safe to use.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain security protocols, including locking doors and managing lost property.
- Understand the specific cleaning requirements and work specifications.
- Use cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Set a professional example in dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and confidentiality standards.
- Ensure compliance of contractors and visitors with security and safety policies.
- Build positive relationships with customers, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
