Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and on own initiative.
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Ensure effective and efficient service delivery to a high standard.
- Keep all equipment clean, well maintained, and safe to use.
- Report maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain security, including locking doors and managing lost property.
- Have full knowledge of the cleaning area, work specifications, and time allocations.
- Understand all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used.
- Set a good example in dress, behaviour, punctuality, and attendance.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and raise concerns as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure contractors and visitors comply with security and safety policies.
- Build positive relationships with customers and seek continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties within capability as needed.

- Cleaning experience preferred but training can be provided.
