The LV & Pre‑Construction Coordinator supports the design, pre‑construction, and early project development processes across all LV‑related disciplines. Acting as a key interface between design, estimating, project management, procurement, and external clients. Ensures the smooth and timely flow of information, documentation, drawings, technical queries, and approvals. Coordinates LV design deliverables, grid applications, surveys, and technical assessments. Oversees and manages DNO grid application processes including G98, G99, G100, budget quotations, compliance submissions, and technical assessments.

Main Duties

  • Pre‑Construction Coordination: Coordinate early‑stage documentation, surveys, and technical inputs.
  • LV Design Support: Collate design information, support basic LV design tasks, manage documentation.
  • DNO Grid Applications: Prepare, submit, track, and manage G98, G99, G100 applications including liaising with DNO engineers, supporting technical assessments, and ensuring full compliance.
  • Technical & Commercial Interface: Bridge design, estimating, and project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Process, Compliance & Quality: Maintain filing systems and support compliance with standards.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain trackers, maintain grid application logs, and provide weekly reports.

What we are looking for – Essential

  • Understanding of LV systems and or renewables sector
  • Experience in technical or pre‑construction support.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Understanding of DNO grid application processes (G98, G99, G100).

Desirable

  • Experience in Solar PV, BESS, EV.
  • CAD or design software experience.
  • Knowledge of DNO/ICP processes and grid constraints.
