We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Responsibilities
- You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further.
- You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- You will be capable of working to your own initiative where appropriate.
- You will be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- You must have the ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and must strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
- The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; however, training can be provided.
- You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
