We’re looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Job Overview: To ensure that the Shopping Centre is a clean, welcoming environment for all visitors. Your role will involve interactions with visitors to ensure that they have a great experience whilst visiting the centre. To work successfully within the team. You will be provided with full training and be expected to help us achieve our agreed cleaning standards.
Main Duties:
- To ensure that all areas are always maintained to the highest standards.
- To ensure that all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
- To understand your areas of responsibility and the equipment and chemicals used whilst following Health and Safety requirements.
- You will be required to successfully complete all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- You will be required to work within a team and be able to work under your own initiative.
- You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Requirements: To be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
