Role Responsibilities:
- Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
- Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problem.
- Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
