The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As Supervisor you will work under the direct supervision of the Field Manager but will be expected to work on your own and as a part of the regional team. Field Based, will be expected to travel within the region and nationally.
Main Duties:
- Supervise operative(s) ensuring that they work safely, in line with the RAMS and communicate professionally with the client at all times.
- Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
- Carry out ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19.
- Installation of access doors into ventilation system in accordance with DW144.
- Carry out inspection of the Fire dampers in accordance with BS9999.
- Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant as instructed.
- Follow a preventative maintenance program as instructed.
- Make recommendations for major repairs to the physical plant.
- Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment.
- Maintain personal equipment & chemical stocks inventories.
- Submit same day service reports.
- Conduct and submit a pre-work risk assessment prior to every job.
- Conduct all works as instructed via the schedule.
- Follow the method statement at all times.
- Ensure that work is conducted safely in line with the RAMS.
- Ensure records are maintained.
- Comply with site rules, communicate professionally with on-site contacts ensuring that work methods and results are explained prior to leaving site.
- Leave the work area clean and tidy.
You will also be expected to undertake any other duties associated to the output of the Regional Team as required.

Additional Requirements:
- Excellent time keeping.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics.
- Be respectful, possess cultural awareness.
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Compliant DBS and Security checks that can be customer specific.
- Self-motivated.
