Main Duties
- Join our dynamic Base Administration Office team at MOD Lyneham and become a PSS Administrator for Armed Forces personnel.
- Maintain and protect personnel data.
- Inputting and updating records within the Joint Service administration system.
- Assisting queries relating to pay, allowances, expenses and leave.
- The role is a dedicated focal point for personnel administration, including direct customer interaction and liaison with supervisors and managers.
- This position offers opportunities to rotate through different responsibilities and gain new skills—full training provided.
- All activities must be conducted in accordance with Defence policies, Health and Safety regulations, and General Data Protection Regulations.
- The role also requires undertaking any additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager, including providing support or cover for other staff during periods of absence.
- MOD Security clearance and DBS Standard is a requirement, as well as Proof of right to work in UK.
- The successful candidate will be required to wear approved company uniform.
