We are looking for a confident and organised Lead Receptionist to oversee front-of-house services and ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception rotas, attendance registers, and team coordination
  • Check and issue visitor/contractor passes
  • Book meeting rooms and support daily operations
  • Act as Incident Marshal and raise H&S issues
  • Log helpdesk requests and follow up actions
  • Arrange catering and deliver hospitality services
  • Set up the Business Events Centre for meetings and events
  • Provide hospitality figures for Mitie and HMRC
  • Manage shared mailboxes and availability trackers
  • Using CAFM systems (Maximo)
  • Doing any administrative tasks when and as required
