Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulations.
- Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge.
- Support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as required.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety (desirable).
- Registered with the IFSM, IFE or similar competency scheme (minimum intermediate level).
- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys.
- Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills — the ability to engage and inform clients with ease.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly.
- A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites.
- Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth.
