We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.45
Contract Type: Permanent

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: Regional Recruitment - Swansea, Bridgend and Port Talbot
Requirement: Full UK Driving License
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
What we're looking for:
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
- Good understanding of smartphone technology
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
- PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
- Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
