We are looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil works on our projects, ensuring high standards, compliance and quality across site activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation, company procedures and method statements.
- Monitor progress against programme, resolving issues and escalating risks where required.
- Carry out site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate site records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS card (Supervisor level or above).
- Full UK driving licence.

- Proven experience supervising civil construction works (highways, utilities, or infrastructure preferred).
- Strong understanding of health & safety requirements within a construction environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams on site.
