Main Duties:
- Small electrical tasks
- General minor maintenance tasks mostly painting and decorating
- Minor building tasks like door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, minor wall repairs, minor floor repairs, minor trip hazard repairs, minor fabric repairs, etc.
- Minor plumbing works like toilet seats, flushes, tap revivers, etc.

- Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
