You will be the first responder for plumbing issues, helping to maintain compliance, prevent downtime, and deliver peace of mind.

Main Duties:

  • Small electrical tasks
  • General minor maintenance tasks mostly painting and decorating
  • Minor building tasks like door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, minor wall repairs, minor floor repairs, minor trip hazard repairs, minor fabric repairs, etc.
  • Minor plumbing works like toilet seats, flushes, tap revivers, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to complete documentation accurately.
