Mitie is looking for an experienced Regional Waste Manager to join our team and oversee waste service delivery across the JLL / Rolls Royce account. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in waste management, stakeholder engagement, and contract performance management who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing waste service delivery across multiple client sites
- Leading and developing operational teams
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Driving KPI and SLA performance
- Resolving service issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience within the waste industry
- Strong knowledge of waste and recycling best practices, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Experience managing contracts, KPIs, and service reviews
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Sound understanding of health and safety requirements
- Comfortable travelling every week (WFH available)
