We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparation works to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting. You'll be erecting access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening as and when required to protect the environment and people. You'll monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensure all works are carried out within the approved budget and all painting and decorating equipment is best utilised and kept clean and reused.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification or have a minimum of 5 years checkable experience in Painting and preferable has served a recognised apprenticeship. You'll be organised, self-motivated and have good communication and customer service skills. A full driving licence is preferred (but not essential).
