We're looking for an HR Systems and Data Administrator to support the effective management of HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high‐quality service delivery across the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with internal policies
- Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers and contractual updates, in a timely and accurate manner
- Support HR teams and stakeholders with system queries, reporting and data requests
- Produce regular and ad‐hoc HR reports, supporting analysis and decision‐making
- Carry out data quality checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support system updates, testing and process improvements as required
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information security requirements
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures and system changes
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an HR systems administrator or data‐focused role (not HR advisory)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records
- Previous/Current Use of SuccessFactors
- Understanding of the back end of HR system databases
- Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Well‐organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
