Are you an experienced operations leader looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation and lead a high-profile Integrated Facilities Management contract?
We're looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded Head of Operations to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success and development of a major client account.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading operational performance across a complex, multi-service portfolio. You'll influence the strategic direction of the account while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, strong commercial results and outstanding client outcomes.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure services continue to evolve in line with business priorities, workplace expectations and sustainability goals.
What You'll Be Doing
As Head of Operations, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of operational leaders, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence across multiple service lines and locations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, increase efficiency and create long-term value.
- Lead governance, health & safety, compliance, risk management and business continuity activities.
- Champion transformation programmes, leveraging technology, data and innovation to improve performance and customer experience.
- Support sustainability initiatives and help shape workplace environments that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement and productivity.
About You
