We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to support the Operations Team in the management of site-based Janitors.
Duties include:
- Staff inductions and training
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Completion of on-boarding paperwork
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and to agreed Touch Point Cleaning standards
- Liaising with recruitment agencies to provide staff where vacancies become available
- Managing missed shifts and arranging leave/sickness cover for TPC
- Ensuring the effective use of equipment and materials
- Providing Janitors with correct uniforms and PPE
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Full current driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word and MS Excel
- Organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
