Key responsibilities
- Working with a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
- Manage, carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure upkeep of all site safety procedures and compliance (permitting, risk assessments, method statements, SDS, COSHH etc.).
- Ensure job closures are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that monthly targets for KPIs for PPM and Helpdesk are met.
- Ensure all service reports are reviewed and remedial work captured and organised.
- Where applicable, provide hands-on support for other site staff.
- Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
- Report accidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure HSQE standards are maintained and promote best practice and site-specific core values.
- Ensure company operating procedure is adhered to.
- Report any unsafe activities/risks promptly to the Site Manager and HSQE Manager.
- Working schedule includes being part of an out-of-hours on-call rota.
About You
- Trade qualified plumber.
- Proven capability of working within a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
- Have a background in maintenance or building services.
- Approachable team player, able to work on own initiative and with colleagues and clients alike.
- Ability to maintain high levels of self-motivation, technical innovation, enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise jobs.
