Job Overview
Mitie is looking for an Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence.

Vetting
It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history, failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Main duties

To deliver industry leading customer service

To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues

To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this

Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence

Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service

Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store

To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
