We're looking for an Asbestos Administrator for Tersus Consultancy who are a part of Mitie. You will play a key role in arranging site appointments, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring client reports are delivered accurately and on time.

ROLE: Planning Coordinator/Account Support
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Highburton, West Yorkshire, HD8 0QS

Role Responsibilities

  • Schedule site appointments with site managers, client contacts or residents via phone, email, portals and other client‑specific processes.
  • Proactively review upcoming programmes and coordinate site visits to meet agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with surveyors, laboratories and internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate data and records using spreadsheets, online portals and in‑house systems.
  • Monitor client KPIs, manage programmes and promptly respond to or escalate client queries as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word and database systems.
  • Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • A proactive, reliable approach with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
