Koordinierung des Projektlebenszyklus durch Planung, Budgetierung, Terminierung und Verfolgung eines Projektplans.
In dieser Funktion müssen Sie das Projekt planen, budgetieren, überwachen und darüber Bericht erstatten, wobei Sie manchmal die Idee für das Projekt einbringen oder ihm zugewiesen werden, sobald es genehmigt wurde. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, dass der Projektplan solide ist, berichten regelmäßig über den Projektfortschritt und überwachen, dass die Ausführung innerhalb des genehmigten Budgets und Zeitplans bleibt.
Ein Mitie Additional Services Supervisor ist für die Leitung, Koordination, Umsetzung, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Fertigstellung des Projekts verantwortlich, wobei er sich an der Strategie, den Verpflichtungen und den Zielen der Organisation orientiert.
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Aufrechterhaltung einer engen Arbeitsbeziehung mit dem Kunden (DIO)
- Sicherstellen, dass die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen und die Beschaffung auf die kosteneffizienteste Weise erfolgen.
- Projekte planen und durchführen
- Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung von Projektumfang (Scope of Works), Meilensteinen, Zielen und Ergebnissen
- Definition von Aufgaben und erforderlichen Ressourcen (Scope of Works
- Unterstützung und Leitung des Teams
- Leitung der Qualitätssicherung

- Unterstützung bei der Förderung einer positiven Gesundheits- und Sicherheitskultur in der eigenen Organisation sowie bei Subunternehmern.
- Pflege der Beziehungen zu anderen Arbeitsbereichen, um ein gemeinsames Vorgehen zu gewährleisten, das den Bedürfnissen aller Abteilungen gerecht wird.
- Unterstützung von GM-Vertragspartnern bei der Verwaltung von GM-Projekten
