Role Responsibilities:
- Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver M&E projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
- Manage risks, change control and project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Confident leadership and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness including budget and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project preferred.
