We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will lead the full lifecycle of construction and refurbishment projects, delivering high‑quality outcomes for our government clients.
Role Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest professional standards.
- Oversee strict compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, establishing clear communication to maintain quality and ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops, resolving issues swiftly and driving collaborative working.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, documentation, change control and risk registers to ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations.
- Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations.
- SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH (or working towards).
- Construction‑related qualification desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to achieve SC level security clearance.
