ROLE: Project Manager – PFI / Healthcare

We're looking for a Project Manager to support and lead projects across Newcastle Hospitals, including Newcastle Freeman and Newcastle RVI, delivering mechanical and electrical upgrades, refurbishments, and new build schemes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end project management across projects typically valued between £5m and £10m, ensuring progress and successful outcomes.
- Engage with clients to define project scope, objectives, and timescales.
- Manage budgets, account plans, and project delivery to ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Work collaboratively with Mitie FM, Projects teams, and NHS Trust stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee refurbishment projects, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and occasional new developments, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar mid-level role.
- Strong understanding of project delivery within the healthcare sector, including regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing stakeholders and building effective client relationships.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
