We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service within a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:- Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
- Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.
- Deliver a high-quality service and uphold strong safety standards.
- Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks appropriately.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
- Participate fully in training and appraisal activities.
- Undertake additional duties within capability as required.
- Work within the 4 on 4 off shift rotation.
- Qualified engineering background – C&G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong safety awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.
- Challenging and inquisitive mindset.
- Work within a structured shift pattern offering work-life balance.
