We're looking for a Programme Coordinator who will play a crucial role in managing the inspection, maintenance, and remedial activities within our Private (Customer) Networks High Voltage business, ensuring contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the pricing and renewal of routine inspection and maintenance activities, including quotation, receipt of purchase order, scheduling, delivery and invoicing/completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities including routine inspections and intrusive maintenance.
  • Coordinate the delivery of small/non-complex remedial work activities and support engineering/project teams on more complex tasks.
  • Liaise with suppliers, engineers and project managers to ensure required resources, tools, equipment and materials are in place.
  • Compile job packs and produce regular reports for senior management; support administrative and customer communication activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a work scheduling or coordination environment.
  • 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in maintenance, project or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with field service systems advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
