Role Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver M&E projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
  • Manage risks, change control and project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness including budget and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project preferred.
