We're looking for a Static Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of mechanical maintenance and project activities across a key London site.
You'll oversee site operatives, manage project delivery, and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Supervise site operatives and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to agreed quality standards.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place and followed.
Monitor project progress, milestones, shutdown activities, and maintenance schedules while keeping stakeholders informed.
Manage materials, resources, and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and cost controls.
Support PPM and reactive maintenance delivery, maintain accurate records, and participate in the first escalation call-out rota.

QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role: Full UK driving licence. IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Hold, or be willing to obtain, an SMSTS certificate. What We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services infrastructure.
Experience supervising maintenance or project teams within a commercial environment. Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem solving, planning, and delivering high standards of service.
