b Overview /b p As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day Grounds Maintenance and winter services across NCM, NLN and NAN regions. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary field team to deliver high-quality service, improve efficiency, and drive financial and operational performance. The role requires agile, customer-focused leadership and hands-on management of QHSE, people development, and external/stakeholder engagement.
