b Overview /b p In this role, you will deliver reliable electrical and multi-trade maintenance as part of the estates team in healthcare and other facilities. You’ll ensure statutory and contractual compliance, diagnose faults, and document work using CAFM and PDA tools. You will work across trades, supporting operations and patient-focused service delivery. You’ll contribute to safety and quality through QHSE practices and RAMS. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a clear impact on uptime and client satisfaction. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li virtual GP for you and household /li li Salary Finance for earned pay advances /li li Choices lifestyle benefits platform /li li up to five extra days holiday /li li MiDeals discounts across retailers /li li cycle-to-work scheme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support line management in commercial aspects and ensure statutory/contract compliance /li li Maintain assets per contract HTM/HBM/O M and manufacturer instructions; document repairs in CAFM /li li Diagnose faults and proactively repair; record work on worksheets and systems /li li Improve productivity and efficiency of routines/work schedules with line manager /li li Ensure QHSE compliance via LiveSafe and RAMS; reduce incidents and near misses /li li Cover for colleagues during holidays; perform first-line fault finding and safe isolation across multiple trades /li li Provide clear customer service to clients, occupants, and visitors; communicate work order progress /li li Obtain authorization for access to restricted areas as required /li li Transport tools up to 20 kg and work at height as needed /li li Carry out and maintain accurate documentation of all tasks /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Electrical maintenance and installation capabilities /li li Experience in a maintenance environment; hospital experience advantageous /li li Pro-active, able to work under pressure calmly /li li Excellent customer service and clear communication with building occupants /li li NHS HTM training as required for competent/authorised persons /li li Ability to work across trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) /li li Ability to adhere to RAMS and safe work practices /li li Competence with PDAs, CAFM, and documentation systems /li /ul ul li pro-active /li li calm under pressure /li li attention to detail /li li Electrical maintenance and installations /li li RAMS development and application /li li CAFM systems /li /ul
