You will support on-site projects, manage records, and handle purchase orders, invoicing, travel, and IT equipment records. Your work will involve producing regular reports and coordinating with stakeholders to keep operations smooth. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for career development within Mitie, contributing to better places and thriving communities. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li supportive and collaborative team environment /li li career development opportunities /li li contribution to better places and thriving communities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide efficient clerical and administrative support across the business /li li Process Maximo calls and work orders and maintain associated records /li li Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required /li li Support the on-site project team with administrative activities and documentation /li li Manage purchase orders, invoicing, travel arrangements, visitor coordination and IT equipment records /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous experience within an administrative role, ideally with exposure to Maximo, finance processes and project works /li li Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint /li li Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks /li li Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively /li li High level of accuracy and attention to detail /li /ul ul li communication /li li stakeholder engagement /li li organizational skills /li li Maximo /li li Microsoft Word /li li Microsoft Excel /li /ul
