b Overview /b p In this Workplace Manager role, you lead Campus Safety Ambassadors across multiple sites to create a safe, welcoming campus environment. You partner with the Account Director and Mitie teams to optimize student experiences, floor-walk operations, and stakeholder relationships. You drive service improvements, embed new behaviours, and own the campus user experience from reception to security.
