Overview
In this role you protect people, property and assets by delivering security services aligned with site instructions and KPIs, sustaining contract performance.
You act as the primary point of contact for the security team, support training and induction, and ensure compliance with procedures, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and data protection.
You will foster teamwork, oversee incident investigations, and contribute to continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day security operations
- Be first point of contact for the security team on standards and conduct
- Assist in training and inducting new security officers and site procedures
- Foster teamwork and maintain high morale
- Support performance reviews and staff development
- Assist in investigations into security incidents and losses
- Ensure Assignment Instructions are followed by security and shipping personnel
- Communicate important messages via Security Handover and ensure acknowledgment
- Maintain security records/logs and ensure data protection compliance
- Liaise with customers/clients as required
- Key requirements
- SIA License
- SC Clearance desirable
