Overview
In this role you will support security delivery within a high-profile corporate environment, helping to keep people, property and assets safe. You will provide a professional security presence and deliver excellent customer service to colleagues, visitors and contractors. You’ll work on a rolling day/night rota, respond to incidents, and follow site procedures to maintain a secure environment. This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to a safe, professional workplace and apply your vigilance and service skills in real time.
Responsibilities
- Protect people, property and assets
- Carry out security duties, patrols and scheduled checks
- Provide a professional and welcoming security presence
- Identify and report security concerns, hazards or suspicious activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Follow site Assignment Instructions and Health & Safety procedures
- Complete accurate notebook entries and incident reports
- Use site security systems and technology effectively
- Complete all required site and competency training

- Professional, reliable and approachable

- Awareness of current geopolitical events and security threats and their impact on a corporate environment
- Calm and confident handling incidents
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous security experience preferred
- Valid SIA licence required
