Overview
In this Cleaning Manager role, you will lead a large on-site cleaning operation to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance. You’ll manage cleaning teams and foster strong client relationships to meet defined standards. You will drive performance against KPIs and SLAs while maintaining safety and quality. This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership position in a facilities environment with opportunities to optimize operations and supplier management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple cleaning teams

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and SLAs
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Manage cleaning supplies including cost, quality, and stock levels
- Ensure services align with contractual requirements and customer expectations
