b Overview /b p As a Multi Skilled Fabric/Mechanical Engineer, you will support maintenance and reactive activities across mechanical building services and fabric works. You will work within a team to meet SLA targets, manage PPMs, and ensure safety and quality in a commercial/industrial setting. You’ll use CAFM and handheld devices to record updates and keep clients informed. This role offers hands-on problem solving, exposure to BMS systems, and a chance to contribute to reliable, safe building operations. You will be part of a service-focused team that values clear communication and operational excellence. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li virtual GP for you and household /li li Salary Finance with early pay access /li li extra holidays via Choices platform /li li insurance /li li dental care /li li tech products /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Perform maintenance and reactive work on mechanical building services equipment (heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units, BMS systems) and similar equipment /li li Carry out inspections and reactive maintenance within your competency level /li li Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs (plumbing, heating systems, tiling, flooring, painting, patch works) /li li Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) /li li Maintain inspection logs and remedial reports; communicate updates to clients /li li Ensure compliance with Health Safety standards and use IT systems (handheld device) as part of the CAFM system /li li Contribute to equipment condition monitoring and proactive upkeep /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li HND or NVQ or equivalent in a relevant subject /li li Demonstrable experience in mechanical and fabric role /li li Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates /li li Ability to obtain SC clearance /li /ul ul li strong communication skills /li li IT literacy /li li mechanical and fabric maintenance /li li PPMs (planned preventive maintenance) /li li CAFM systems /li li handheld device usage /li /ul
